Islamabad (News Desk)Blue World City (BWC), Pakistan’s biggest housing project, management has been alleged for cheating Engin Altan Duzyatan, the lead actor in popular Turkish drama Ertugrul Ghazi.
According to reports, Engin Altan Duzyatan was hired by the Pakistan Blue World City management as its brand ambassador for the promotion of the project, but the actor was kept in dark regarding the legal status of the project.
News agency online given detail report qouited sources, the housing society was launched without taking a no-objection certificate (NoC) from the relevant development authority.
In a tweet last month, BWC owner Saad Nazir had confirmed this news through his official Facebook account regarding the hiring of popular Turkish actor Duzyatan as brand ambassador for the project.
He writes in his tweet as “Alhamdulillah-We are honored to host brother Engin Altan Duzyatan in Pakistan, and will extend a historic welcome with love & respect on behalf of the Pakistani people & BWC members, to the most loved hero of the Muslim world!”
BWC Islamabad is being considered the country’s biggest housing project.
It is to mention here that despite Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) having barred the management from selling files and making any kind of advertisement, the management is selling files of the project using its influence with the managers in NAB.
So far, the management has looted millions of rupees from people in twin cities.
Saad Nazir, owner of BWC, is son of a retired bureaucrat, and an inquiry against him for his alleged involvement in another fraud case is pending in Lahore.
Now the man has launched another illegal project. It is said that NAB had also barred all housing societies for selling plot files with taking no-objection certificate (NoC) but in the case of Blue World City, NAB managers have adopted silence.
Online claimed in report,According to their reports, the project owner has close relations with some NAB officers due to which the management is confidently pursuing this illegal project.
The second important character of the Project, Nadeem Ijaz was used to sell fritters (Pakoras) in the nearby location of the Blue World City, but now he allegedly holds millions of rupees in his accounts.
He not only looted property dealers in the twin cities but in Karachi and Lahore as well. Earlier, news regarding the launch of fake or illegal housing societies was common at internal level but Blue World City has earned a bad name for the country abroad while deceiving a foreigner.
More pertinent to mention here is that the Housing management has hired Raja Saqib as in-charge Overseas Pakistan Block who has been caught for fraud as well.
Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) Chairman Tariq Mehmood when approached said BWC is an illegal project in Islamabad and they have barred the project management from selling its files and promotion of the project through media.
Tariq Mehmood said the management has been issued notice as well and they are going to publish advertisement regarding the legal status of BWC.
Another side, The Blue Mosque in BWC is to be constructed along the model of Istanbul’s famous Blue Mosque. The administration of the Blue World City has claimed that Duzyatan, who is expected to visit Pakistan in September, will be a special guest of the Blue World City and will participate in the ground-breaking ceremony as well. Duzyatan is also scheduled to visit a number of other events during his visit to Pakistan.
Blue World City has named Engin Altan Duzyatan, the lead actor in the popular Turkish TV series Diriliş: Ertuğrul, as its brand ambassador, the scheme’s administration revealed through its official Facebook page on Monday (August 31). To this effect, Duzyatan and Blue World City CEO Saad Nazir signed an agreement to formalise the former’s contract.
Engin Altan Duzyatan has announced in video message he is coming to Pakistan to attend said event, Turkish actor also confirmed his visit on his tweet ,so there is many speculation alive till his visit or drop scene .
